What is troimarket?

troimarket is a marketplace for selling digital products.
You upload a file, set a price, and get a storefront at troimarket.com/@yourname that you can share anywhere. Buyers pay by card, and the file lands in their library. There is no monthly fee: troimarket takes 1% of each sale, plus payment processing.
Who it is for
People who make things that can be delivered as a file and want to sell them without running a shop: comic artists and illustrators, writers, musicians selling sheet music or sample packs, designers, 3D makers, cooks, coaches and prompt writers. If your product is a file, it fits.
What you can sell
- Digital products: templates, art packs, brushes, fonts, audio, printables, software and any other file.
- Ebooks and guides: PDFs, with an optional look-inside preview of the first pages.
- 3D print files: STL and other model files.
- AI prompts: prompt packs for any model.
- Recipes and meal plans, and fitness programs.
- Bundles: up to 10 of your products sold together at one price.
Each file can be up to 50 MB. Covers are JPG, PNG or WebP. A product can also be free, in which case buyers add it to their library at no cost and no fee applies.
How it works
- Create an account. Signing up is free and takes a minute.
- Add a product. Upload the file, give it a title, cover and price, and publish.
- Share your store. Your storefront lives at troimarket.com/@yourname. Share that one link, or a link to a single product.
- Get paid. Buyers pay by card. Your earnings collect in your payouts balance, and you withdraw from the Seller Hub.

Payouts
Payments are processed by Whop. Before your first payout you complete Whop's identity verification, which is available to adults (18+). After that you withdraw from the Payouts tab in your Seller Hub, on Whop's payout schedule and terms. Payout availability depends on the countries Whop supports.
Refunds
Buyers can request a refund within 14 days of purchase from the item in their library. Every request is reviewed individually.
Your store
A troimarket store is more than a list of files, so it can be the one link you share:
- Storefront at troimarket.com/@yourname, with a bio, sections and a banner, in a light or dark theme.
- Links page at troimarket.com/@yourname/links: up to 12 links to your other places, with a short line under each.
- Creator notes at troimarket.com/@yourname/notes: short posts, with a photo or video, for the people who follow you.
- Intro video: a clip of up to 2 minutes at the top of your store, uploaded or from YouTube.
- Look inside: buyers can read the first pages of a PDF before they pay.
- Bundles of up to 10 products at one price.
