Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on troimarket infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on troimarket where it appears.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Repeat Infringers

troimarket will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
