Where can I sell digital products online?

troimarket is a marketplace for selling digital products. You upload a file, set a price, and get a storefront at troimarket.com/@yourname that you can share anywhere. What is troimarket?

troimarket is a marketplace for selling digital products. It gives anyone who makes files, such as ebooks, templates, 3D print files, art packs, sheet music or prompt packs, a storefront to sell them from, with payments, delivery and refunds handled for them.

Is troimarket free?

Creating an account and listing products is free. There is no monthly fee and no listing fee. troimarket charges 1% of each sale, and payment processing of 2.7% + 30¢ per card payment is charged by Whop, the payment partner. Free products cost nothing to give away.

What does it cost to sell on troimarket?

Two fees, both taken from the sale: troimarket's fee of 1%, and payment processing of 2.7% + 30¢ per card payment (international cards cost a little more). On a $20 sale you keep $18.96. There are no other charges.

What can I sell on troimarket?

Digital products of any kind (templates, art packs, brushes, fonts, audio, printables, software), ebooks and guides as PDF, 3D print files such as STL, AI prompt packs, recipes and meal plans, fitness programs, and bundles of up to 10 of your products at one price. Each file can be up to 50 MB.

Can I sell ebooks and PDFs on troimarket?

Yes. Ebooks are one of the main product types. You can add a look-inside preview so buyers read the first pages before they pay, and buyers open the PDF from their library after purchase.

Can I sell 3D print files on troimarket?

Yes. 3D Print Files is its own product type. STL and other model files up to 50 MB each are accepted.

How do I get paid on troimarket?

Buyers pay by card through Whop, troimarket's payment partner. Your earnings collect in your payouts balance. Before the first payout you complete Whop's identity verification, which is available to adults (18+). After that you withdraw from the Payouts tab in your Seller Hub, on Whop's payout schedule. Payout availability depends on the countries Whop supports.

Do I need my own website to sell on troimarket?

No. Your storefront at troimarket.com/@yourname is a complete page: your products, a bio, a banner and an optional intro video. It also comes with a Links page for your other places and Creator notes for short updates, so the store can be the one link you share.

What is the refund policy on troimarket?

Buyers can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, from the item in their library. Every request is reviewed individually.

Can I sell a bundle of products?

Yes. A bundle groups up to 10 of your products at one price, and the buyer gets all of them in their library.

How big can my files be?

Up to 50 MB per product file. Covers are JPG, PNG or WebP. A store's intro video can be up to 2 minutes long.

Can I change a listing after it is published?

Yes. Title, description, price, tags, cover and preview pages can be edited any time from the Edit sheet. The uploaded file itself is not changed by an edit; to replace a file you remove the listing and upload it again.

How is troimarket different from other places to sell digital products?

Three things. The fee is 1% of each sale with no monthly plan, so a slow month costs nothing. Every seller gets a real storefront, not just a checkout link, with a Links page and Creator notes built in. And it is small and made by hand, with a founder who reads the feedback.
