Gochujang Garlic Butter Udon

I was shown this spicy-savory noodle hack and now I'm absolutely obsessed! I never thought I'd love the combo of rich butter and fiery Korean gochujang so much, but it creates the most luscious, glossy sauce that clings to chewy udon noodles. Had to try making this at home and it is officially my ultimate 15-minute comfort food.
